DEALER MADE A GREAT EFFORT I am very happy with the Conditions in which Ganley Ford returned my car to me. They kept the car for 4 days to service the SYNC system in my Ford Es I am very happy with the Conditions in which Ganley Ford returned my car to me. They kept the car for 4 days to service the SYNC system in my Ford Escape which I have had many problems with thus far. Not sure if the issue is resolved yet as I have only had the car back for 1 day. However, I would most definitely recommend Ganley Ford for service. Though they were keeping my car to service SYNC when my car was returned to me it was clean and had a full tank of Gas. I could tell that they had also cleaned the inside of my car as well. I really appreciate all the fact that you took the time to show you cared about your customer and your presentation to your customer. Ganley Ford is only the dealer not the make of SYNC. Though they took the time to service SYNC and I appreciate it. If I have any more problems with SYNC I will definitely reach out to FORD CORPORATE since this is their product not Ganley's.. As for service from Ganley Ford, I did absolutley receive good service. Thank you More

The service department is outstanding.....BUT Didn't read my new contract very well....or didn't understand what was happening....or just wasn't expecting to be hosed! I came in to get a new deal Didn't read my new contract very well....or didn't understand what was happening....or just wasn't expecting to be hosed! I came in to get a new deal near the end of my second consecutive lease from Ganley Ford West. There were still two months remaining on my contract. As part of the new lease....and my third consecutive lease with my "trusted friends" (who comes back 3 times if you aren't trusted?) I was required to fulfill my previous lease and AND PAY FOR THE TWO MONTHS I WASN'T USING!!!!!! HERE'S THE FROSTING ON THE CAKE!!!!! SSo a customer I had referred to you came back several months later for his first renewal lease....a second time customer I referred to you and he came back FIVE MONTHS EARLY..... and his five months were .... forgiven? absorbed? erased? I don't know or understand. Well maybe it was this....he shopped around and did find a better deal and brought it to you? Is that the magic formula???? Well you already have the money for my next deal! Congratulations! But there isn't going to be one....with you unless you want to revisit the old transaction and acknowledge my loyalty! And certainly no more referrals. That was a Big Mistake. You can see WHY I am angry???. You just took full advantage of me. I am soooo disappointed. I'm guessing that you probably won't respond to this because I've responded to all your requests for feedback and sometimes I asked questions.....No Followup Whatsoever. I set the bar real low for you. I understand not to expect much except from your incredible service department who bends over backward to help me with anything and everything. If you want to retain me you'll call me or email me or text me or preferably ALL THREE. Waiting....waiting...waiting.... More
