I have been waiting 4 months for a call back on a recall notice. Each time I have called they have no update and say the parts are on order. I do long distance driving and this is a huge concern for me. More

Hi Brett. I called and left you a voicemail today but I also wanted to get you info regarding your review. The recall came out in January 2023 and we did order the part, a drain tube kit, but the parts are still on back order. Every Ford dealership is limited to ordering 4 per week and we have serveral customers waiting just like you. Unfortunately NHTSA / Ford sends out letters to customers informing them of the recalls and informing you to schedule an appointment with us ASAP when we do not have the parts in stock. The good news is that Ford has not issued instructions to stop driving your vehicle under this recall. But we do apologize that you are waiting for this recall to be rectified and we understand your frustration, we too are waiting and wish that we could get everyone’s recalls fixed immediately! But we’re unfortunately at the mercy of Ford supplying the parts. Someone will contact you as soon as we receive your parts!
