Well I wasn’t impressed with the price especially when one side is sealed & the other side has grease fittings! And I get 100.00 off my bill for serving my country wasn’t even a 5%!!! Dropped car at 8:25am for oil change and the works check up. They said they would call if anything else found. I called at 10:17 the said they would call me back in 5 minutes. I called again at 10:45 and to up. They said they would call if anything else found. I called at 10:17 the said they would call me back in 5 minutes. I called again at 10:45 and told again they would call in 5 minutes. I walked up at 11:15 to get me car done or not because they knew I had somewhere to be at noon. Sat until 11:50 never got wash but got estimate for about 5 things found . Estimate was 1398 plus tax, Called a couple of other reputable places and got an estimate for $928. I used to like your service dept. But the service NOT customer friendly. I will not be back, also bought my last 3 cars there I will be going elsewhere. I like to keep my business in the neighborhood but can not support your establishment any longer! More

The work performed was excellent. The parts department did run into some issues with first procuring the parts, then on their arrival finding they'd ordered two of the same side, which is the only reason did run into some issues with first procuring the parts, then on their arrival finding they'd ordered two of the same side, which is the only reason this visit gets four stars. Everything was resolved however and Dave in Service came through by offering a loaner, due to the extended delays. This helped my situation quite a bit. I have the vehicle back now, it's like it was when it was new again. It's why I keep going back to Ganley. Sure I could find less expensive options, but you cannot beat the quality of work or the warranty provided on that work. The people are friendly and willing to help, but it's them standing by their work that means the most. The lady at the cashier window, whose name I now cannot remember for the life of me (sorry), was just such a pleasure to deal with as well. Thank you all for another great experience! More
