My first time going there because ford decided to close the liberty ford in Parma hts dealership that I've been going for years. They were good people there. Their service department was very helpful in quickly solving my problem will my car. The gentleman that helped me was Matt. He answered my questions. Under the plan that I have he pointed out I neede solving my problem will my car. The gentleman that helped me was Matt. He answered my questions. Under the plan that I have he pointed out I needed new wipers. While I was there a small hole was discovered and the part needed to fix the problem would be ordered and I would be contacted. Hopefully It won’t take to long to get it. Matt said they could pick up my car make the repairs and return it when finished. At no charge. What a convenience! More
Ken Ganley Ford competed the service needed to replace my engine. I’m grateful they had the availability and team to get it done. My only complaint would be that I was not kept as informed as I would have li engine. I’m grateful they had the availability and team to get it done. My only complaint would be that I was not kept as informed as I would have liked to be. I have never needed such complex servicing, like replacing an engine, so this was new to me. I would’ve liked everything explained to make more sense to someone who doesn’t service cars (cause, solution, time frame, ect.). They did answer whatever questions I asked. All in all, they took good care of me and my vehicle. More
