Overall I was pleased. A simple oil change and tire rotation. The check engine light was on and they found a faulty sensor. Dropped off the night before for a 7:30 am appointment. Went by after 1:00 pm and they said they were wrapping up the paperwork. Half hour later they had the car for me. Again, overall they did what was expected. Service rep. was kind and conscientious. Looking at the invoice paid, noticed they charged us for the oil change/tire rotation package even though we bought the tires at this place (although it was Gillingham Ford then). Not sure if a free tire rotation is still given and if this would have lowered our overall cost. Nothing was communicated to us, even though we wrote it on the note when dropping the keys off the night before. More
