Had vehicle for over a month total. Several parts replaced and issue is still present. When addressed as to why some parts were replaced but did not solve the issue I was told that it w Several parts replaced and issue is still present. Very disappointed with service for having vehicle for so long and still not finding the root cause. At this point I do not feel comfortable bringing my vehicle back to be charged for more parts and labor. Communication was not great either. I had to call several times to find out the status, a note was left for the manager to give me a call, which never happened. Alicia was an awesome service rep! She communicated well the first time I had the truck in for the issue and listened to my problem to ensure the tech could replicate the issue. The second time around was a different story, I got Will as my service rep. Communication wasn't very good, interrupted while talking to the service manager and didn't communicate well to the technician even though I showed him a video of the problem and relayed exactly what needs to happen to have the issue appear. I will be ensuring I work ONLY with Alicia, if I decide to come back. More
Very impressed with service I rec'd on Tuesday. Was concerned about brakes. Thought had to be replaced. Diagnostic showed some rust on a rotor but brakes showed good on test. What a relief.
