On 11/5/25 I was there (dealt w/Dave Moga who I understand is no longer employed by Ken Ganley) was quoted for quite a bit of work & paid $3643.36 - about 10 days later I experienced some issues ca understand is no longer employed by Ken Ganley) was quoted for quite a bit of work & paid $3643.36 - about 10 days later I experienced some issues called in & was told it must be a fluke. Problem was then coming & going called in & talked to Dillon who said I could bring the car in on 12/22/25 @ 7 am which I did, then received a call stating I needed wheel bearings which was one of the repairs supposedly done on the 11/5/25 visit & that it was going to be another &2600.00 dollars the bill ended up costing $2292.73. I spent almost $6000.00 on my 2019 Ford Escape & I feel I was LIED to & overcharge by Ken Ganley by an inferior Ex-employee despite I gave a good review because he Begged me to do so!!! I am a Very Disappointed Customer! More

Getting the appointment schedule was easy and George was very helpful once I got there. He asked if I had any Ford pass points which I did and made the services free. I was impressed with the efficiency level that was demonstrated by this dealer. I have never used the valet service before and was nervous about having my vehicle picked up and returned to my place o demonstrated by this dealer.
