If I could give less than 1 star I would. I’ve given up asking for an adequate response or service to what was promised to me with my deal. The repair was for remedying rust in various area I’ve given up asking for an adequate response or service to what was promised to me with my deal. The repair was for remedying rust in various areas. They missed a full door hinge, and frankly all that was done was ‘slapping’ on some paint over the rust. Big blotches of paint. I’m certain my dog would have done a better job. When I was shown the final product I just wanted to be done with the experience. For the sales manager to think the repair was acceptable, it speaks volumes of the dealership. I’ll happily continue to show what they considered to be quality work and share my experience when asked. More

I had some major work done over a few visits at Ganley Mentor Kia. The team was phenomenal, lead my the service rep, Rebecca Banks. She is the most professional rep I have ever met. She keeps you informed throughout the process and she treats you as if you are her only customer. She insures the tech team exceeds your expectations and she monitors them throughout the process.
