Used Ganley Nissan to purchase the lease buyout on my 2019 Nissan Rogue. Felt from the beginning that the dealership was not too interested in helping me since I was not trading in the vehicle or using t 2019 Nissan Rogue. Felt from the beginning that the dealership was not too interested in helping me since I was not trading in the vehicle or using their financing. Had my first appointment the first week of March 2022 and did not get the buyout completed until April 20, 2022. Should not have taken this long. Bobby Bray was very helpful and professional. Kamal Rida was not so helpful and was the person that I believe caused the delay. He was even upset that I did not use the financing he provided over my own bank financing. I know there is not a lot of money for a lease buyout for the dealership but you should still treat me with the same level of customer care as someone purchasing a new expensive vehicle because it was my intention to come back and trade in my vehicle within the year. Now I will go somewhere else. Also was promised a free detailing for my troubles that I never received. More
