Make sure if you buy a car from them and any other place, for that matter, by the warranties…the tire replacement warranty, the extended warranties…my vehicle was out of the normal warranty when the AC motor and parts had to be replaced, and it wasn’t cheap. But I had the warranty, I just walked in to Mayfield Nissan, threw Brent the keys, and picked it up later with new AC. Easy peasy. I definitely recommend them! More

Took my Infiniti qx30 for a routine oil change based on service notification from my car. I scheduled my appointment weeks in advance. Arrive there, staff was pleasant and was told it would only take an ho service notification from my car. I scheduled my appointment weeks in advance. Arrive there, staff was pleasant and was told it would only take an hour. It turned into two hours due to them not having the supplies needed to service my car. They also didn't reset the the service light which I didn't realize until later, which I had to reset myself. The dealer said the synthetic oil needed for my car had to be returned from Infiniti. How does the parent company of infiniti not have the oil needed for my car. They reduced the charges but the charges were reduced to what I paid last year! I would have went to Infiniti if I was going to pay the original cost which I will do the next time. This was my second time getting serviced there and didn't have this issue the first time. More
