Hannah was up for the challenge and exceeded the expectations that my wife, Kristen, and I had for our experience. Hannah reached out to me through email and text to respond to my initial inquiry and all of my questions before we even stepped on the lot. She was quick to respond, knowledgeable with the information she provided, and both professional and congenial in her tone. When the big day came, Hannah greeted us at the door and seemed both ready and excited to tackle what wound up being an all day event. Throughout the process, Hannah was incredibly transparent and forthcoming with the information we needed to not only find and lease the best vehicles for our needs but also with the relationship we were building and how we would continue to be supported after driving off the lot. In deciding whether or not to go with Subaru, it was difficult to ignore Hannah’s obvious dedication to and belief in Subaru both as a product and as a company, which went miles in helping Kristen and I to make the decision to drive off the lot with two vehicles that day. More important than anything, though, seemed to be Hannah’s goal that we make the right decision for us, allowing us appropriate time and distance to discuss privately when necessary. Throughout the entire process, Hannah became more of a friend than a salesperson; this was evident in both her enthusiasm for Subaru and her genuine excitement for what these vehicles would allow us to do. Once terms were agreed upon, Kristen and I spent some time with Doug working on all the financing and warranty paperwork. No one gets particularly excited about this part, but Doug was both incredibly helpful and enthusiastic about getting us set, explaining the details and making sure that we were taken care of in a way that best benefited us. (And major kudos to him not only for his attention to detail and professionalism but also for going through the process twice!). When we finished with Doug and returned to Hannah, we found that our two new Imprezas had been detailed and that Hannah had gone the extra mile by putting a bow on Kristen’s - such an awesome personal touch! You could tell that Hannah was just as excited as we were that we had taken this huge step. Realizing that it had been a long day, Hannah did what she could to get us off the lot quickly while being sure to remind us that she was available for whatever support we needed moving forward. Six days after this experience, I can confidently say that I couldn’t be happier and more satisfied with our experience with Hannah, Doug, and the entire staff at Ganley Subaru East. You all rock! The difference this time is that we feel that we now also have a long-term relationship with the dealer and our sales rep and other folks we encountered. The sense is that they will continue to be there for us long after the sale. Brad worked well with us and was respectful of our needs and our timeline, as well as providing the information and accommodations we requested. He even offered to help us sync our testy garage door opener. That hasn't yet happened, but I"m certain it will, since he consistently has kept his promises. Pricing was hassle-free, as was delivery. No negatives to mention at all. Highly recommend this dealership and this salesperson. More
