I was concerned about just getting in, jumping on the highway and driving away. I was way more comfortable when I left after that. I did a lot of research before I decided on where to buy my Subaru. I spoke with many Subaru sales people. But your calm demeaner and gentle guidance drew me to choose you and your dealership. And I have to say the picture with the dog didn’t hurt. I was quite surprised to see the difference in the quoted price of a lease to the actual cost involved. As I notice more and more newspaper ads, television ads or on-line ads it's hard to determine what the actual monthly cost really is. I guess you need to be an informed consumer to put up with hidden costs that are added in just as you are when outright purchasing a new car. The destination fee, the $250 "administration fee", (which as one dealership stated), like paying a supermarket clerk to check out your groceries. Anyway, kudos to James and let him know my brother's name is Mike. More
