Purchase of a new vehicle I went to the dealership to trade in my jeep because of my drive to work and a Subaru would be the only car I would drive. I really debated on tradin I went to the dealership to trade in my jeep because of my drive to work and a Subaru would be the only car I would drive. I really debated on trading in the jeep because it was a good solid car but my 45min drive to work the jeep was not ideal. I walked into the showroom and I was sent to Chris. Chris quickly helped me narrow down options and explained Subaru's features and reliability. We talked about different car options and narrowed it down to the Impreza. We took the car and talked about all the features and Chris answered all my questions. I ended up buying the 2016 Impreza. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. More
Love my Subaru Legacy!!!! We have known Brand Lunar and his wife for several years. I was very hesitant going to look at cars and had looked at a few others prior to scheduling We have known Brand Lunar and his wife for several years. I was very hesitant going to look at cars and had looked at a few others prior to scheduling with Brad. It has been over 10 years since I had purchased a car and I was nervous about having a car payment. I have to say once I drove the Legacy I was in love! The car has so many updated newer features and the safety aspect just won me over. Brad reviewed the car with me and my Husband and explained the whole process in great detail. Beyond upsetting experience My experience with Ken Johnson was awful. Communication skills are horrendous and only on his terms, I was lead to believe multiple things about my sa My experience with Ken Johnson was awful. Communication skills are horrendous and only on his terms, I was lead to believe multiple things about my sale that were just either incorrect or lies, he could not even get my name right after working with the man for MULTIPLE hours of multiple days, when I was told the terms of the deal and went to the dealership to "sign" papers which didn't even exist he passed my husband and self off to another employee because he had an appointment at 6:30, mine at 6 and ended up leaving about an hour later for the day not even saying thank you for your business or to see how we were doing. This man is a coward, a fake and doesn't care about customer experience or about people in general. All he cares about is cutting corners, saying whatever to keep you hooked and what's in it for him. Such a sad way to treat another human being and unless you have perfect credit and all the money he sees he can put in his pocket stay clear from this man- he's a snake and there is just no way around that. No sale was made with this employee and i did not get that car I had fallen in love with because of an employee caring more about anything else than his customer who drove over a half hour to bring business to him. What a shame. I regret ever trying to work with this man and only hope he doesn't ever treat someone like he did us again. I had to give one star because giving no star wasn't an option. More
