The new facility is very comfortable and welcoming. Brad Lunar did a great job of helping me choose and find the right car. It took a little time to find what I wanted--but was worth the wait. I would recommend Ganley Subaru to anyone looking for a new car. Brad is friendly, no pressure and respectful. He and the management worked with the price I gave them and we eventually came to an agreement. Good communication about the car and explanations of the features. More

Purchasing My Vehicle Was Easy With A 2-Year Old I had a positive experience working with Brad. My family went in on a Saturday looking for a used Impreza. After test driving a few cars we switched o I had a positive experience working with Brad. My family went in on a Saturday looking for a used Impreza. After test driving a few cars we switched our mind to a used Crosstrek. We decided on a car and went to lunch while all the paperwork was getting prepared for us. Over lunch my husband and I discussed the car and we decided that a new car would be better with all the driving that we do. I quickly called Brad and told him how our minds have changed. Once we returned from lunch he was ready with the new paperwork. We wanted a hard to find color, but he said we should have it within the end of the month. In ten days our new car was ready to be picked up. During the purchase Brad was very accommodating as I was there trying to purchase a vehicle with my two year old daughter. He made the process as quick as possible and before I knew it I was driving away in a new car. Thank you so much Brad for understanding the needs of my family and finding us the right car. More

Quick, caring and honest service My service representative, Brad Lunar, helped me find the car I wanted quickly. Our family of four employed adults was down to a single vehicle, but My service representative, Brad Lunar, helped me find the car I wanted quickly. Our family of four employed adults was down to a single vehicle, but the team at Ganley did not take that to mean that they should give me whatever car they had on site and leave me to suffer with the consequences. Even though, I had never purchased a car from them, they gave me a loaner while they searched and found the car in the color and with the options that I wanted. It took only two days and in that time I was constantly hounding Brad with more questions about the loaner and Subaru in general. The transaction included no pressure to buy extra stuff...just information about what was available. I got what I wanted and was on my way. One day later, I drove my car from Cleveland to Chicago for a long weekend. Brad called during the trip for a 48 hour check-in to make sure I was satisfied and answer my questions. This has been an excellent experience. More

Nice, straight forward people I had been thinking about moving from my Subaru Crosstrek to an Outback because I needed more room due to having twins and getting a third dog. (Yes, I had been thinking about moving from my Subaru Crosstrek to an Outback because I needed more room due to having twins and getting a third dog. (Yes, I'm crazy). I've had good experience with the Ganley East location as they had been servicing my Crosstrek. I did some research on both my Crosstrek and a new Outback and I went into the dealership prepared to both trade my Crosstrek and buy a new Outback. I had a range of what I was willing to accept as my out of pocket costs. It took about 24 hours, but we were able to reach a deal that I found acceptable. It was a very painless experience.
