He answered my many questions and explained features of the vehicles which I was looking at. He remembered details I had expressed as being important to me and helped me find the right vehicle which would match my requirements. Professional and polite to my husband and son who accompanied me. There was no pressure which had been a worry to me. When the deal was complete, he assisted me in clearing all my belongings out of my other car. He offered to transfer my plate cover to my new car and said if I bought a new cover later he would help me to place it on the car. He reviewed the features I would need to know to be comfortable driving my new vehicle. Brad is the BEST and I would recommend him and this dealership as it made my car buying experience so positive. More

I felt comfortable the minute I walked in the door. I had the pleasure to work with Brad Lunar. He is very patient, attentive and caring!! He listens and observes very well!. Rushed, Wrong Paperwork, Bullied, No Help whatsoever I purchased a brand new car from Ganley. Aramis coerced me into extended coverage and made it seem like part of the requirement for financing. He then I purchased a brand new car from Ganley. Aramis coerced me into extended coverage and made it seem like part of the requirement for financing. He then charged me taxes twice, and when I questioned the final cost he tried to explain why it was 2000 dollars more and coerced me to sign "here here and here" Then I leave the area in my new car, and get called back because the other business manager had realized that Aramis messed up my paperwork. Then I receive the title, and the owner is incorrect and have been trying to get it remedied for weeks with no assistance from Aramis, but instead he defers me all around the dealership and avoids answering any questions. Not to mention my brand new car (straight from factory delivery, never test driven) had been driven by the dealership and recorded over 17 psi of boost on the peak boost gauge, meaning they violated the factory requirements for max RPM during break-in. I have mentioned this numerous times, and no matter how many times I say it, nobody at the dealership is willing to address the fact that they sold me a brand new car that they went max-boosting in. (17psi boost is above the limits of the boost controller) More

Purchase of our new 2019 Subaru Ascent Our family had been interested in the new Subaru Ascent since we first heard rumors about it in 2016. When we first were notified we could pre-order it we reached out to Ganley Subaru East and were lucky enough to be put in touch with Brad Lunar. Brad proceeded to make the whole experience a pleasure. From the time I went in and ordered it with Brad to the time it was delivered 4 months later (two days ago by the way) Brad kept me informed and up-to-date on the progress and what to expect. He did a fantastic job of setting expectations. In addition he under promised and over delivered which is always the way to go as far as I am concerned. I was always pleased with every outcome of the process. I have already told Brad that when my 15 year old turns 16 and it is time for me to pass on my Outback (3rd Subaru) to her that he will be getting a call from me.
