From the moment I call I have been working in customer for decades. Because of this, I felt the need to write a review for Ganley Subaru in Wickliffe. From the moment I called in and spoke to Hannah, to the receptionist that greeted me at the front desk (sorry, I didn't catch his name), to salesman John Southwick that took me for my test drive. I felt as if I was the ONLY customer that any of them were working with! This is such a wonderful amenity that is unfortunately falling by the way side of late. Hannah in particular was a lovely breath of fresh air. She was extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. She made me want to come in! I would hire her in a minute! Thank you for the great experience! More

Average Everyone here was professional and friendly. However, I had some issues with the operations. I purchased a new Forester. When I arrived to pick it up, Everyone here was professional and friendly. However, I had some issues with the operations. I purchased a new Forester. When I arrived to pick it up, it had an obvious deep scratch on the front bumper. They were kind enough to get me another one. But, the scratch was obvious... I believe someone saw it and decided to sell the car anyway... If nobody noticed the scratch that's just as bad because it was obvious... I saw it immediately. A day after I picked up my new car (without scratch), a dashboard warning light went off in the middle of my commute. Turns out two of my tires were over 60 PSI (over-inflated x2). I told my sales person I could not give a 5-star review of my experience without them "making it right"... This experience was more stressful than it should have been. A gas card or a few oil changes would have made me feel better about my experience at Ganley. It would have shown that they realize they messed up and cared about my experience. But, I was told there was nothing they can do. So, here's my 3-star review. More

Ganley Service Team took good care of my 2012 Outback! Craig worked with the service team to get my Outback road tested for an annoying rattle and got the repairs done and car back the same day. Craig called to explain the repairs needed and patiently answered all my questions. The dealership offered a complimentary car to use for the day while the repairs were being done. Overall, the appointment went well and the annoying rattle is gone! The cashier was courteous and efficiently processed a Costco discount that applied to the total repair bill. The loaner car was a Forester and was clean and fun to drive. In fact it prompted me to ask Paul of the sales staff about possible trade-in of my 2012 Outback! More
