They explained to me that this is what called a re route. Which means that car was destined for another dealership and they intercepted it and were able to put the exact same options on the car as though I ordered the car. These two men are truly exceptional going above and beyond any customer's needs. Both the acquisition process and the delivery and sale of the car to me were one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences I have ever been through , considering the number of cars I have purchased in my lifetime.
