From the beginning to the end of the process and he was very knowledgeable and helpful explaining all the details on the cars accessories. Truly concerned about my wants and needs. I would definitely buy another car from Ken Johnson at Ganley Subaru and will tell all my friends. Thank you More
A great experience just as expected I had the wonderful chance of working with Josh on finding the car that was best for me. He was honest, kind and considerate of my space. Unlike a lot I had the wonderful chance of working with Josh on finding the car that was best for me. He was honest, kind and considerate of my space. Unlike a lot of car salesmen, he wasn't pushy and overbearing which allowed me to trust him and want to do business with him. His boldness was accompanied with a great knowledge of his craft. I have worked with and bought from many dealers around the country and never found a sales representative who I could trust enough to not be on the defensive. Joshua is fantastic and will help you find the best car. Rather then try and con us or sell us something he knew I didn't need, he gave me the options and with some encouragement I knew exactly what I wanted. Next time my family wants to buy a car, we will be buying from Joshua Federico. More

Rest of staff cooperative, friendly, attentive without being hovering. They seemed to work as a team and helped out any customer and any of the other sales people. I liked that. Salesperson stepped in for me when certain parts of the transaction had obstacles - from previous dealer. More

Yesterday I bought my first big girl car Ladies and Gentlemen, yesterday I bought my first "big girl" car. In my lifetime as a licensed driver, I have previously owned mostly small cars: pre- Ladies and Gentlemen, yesterday I bought my first "big girl" car. In my lifetime as a licensed driver, I have previously owned mostly small cars: pre-owned Toyota Corollas (2003, 2006) and a Mazda Protege (1994). I lost my most recent car a little over a week ago to a flooding incident. It was a stupid and scary mistake that left me trapped in my 2006 Toyota Corolla for over 15 minutes while the water rose around and the outside and inside of my car as the rain poured down around me. My engine was dead, the water level was above my muffler and into my trunk around the outside of my car and I was a sitting duck inside a floating vehicle trapped between two small hills. The whole thing was scary and a foolish mistake on my part (for following the other vehicles that made it through without any issues). The time after has been filled with contacting my insurance, talking to the local body shop, tow, etc. and the other "fun" things a person gets to deal with when they've essentially totaled their car. Last weekend was really discouraging and stressful but this weekend has really ended on a super high note. After a lot of researching, my husband and I decided that our next car would probably be something in the SUV family and we had it narrowed down between two different car manufacturers. On Saturday we set out in our SUV tryout quest. Our morning actually saw us at a different Subaru dealership that is closer to where we live. While the sales representative was polite and kind, the rest of the experience there was not. There were a few things, at first, that didn't sit right with me as far as how I felt I was treated as a woman and customer but I was willing to overlook those. But after that my husband and I quickly realized that this other dealership was trying play games with us. We waited over 30 minutes for price quotes on a few different Forester models we were looking at and were never given the numbers. At one point when my husband walked away to take a phone call from the insurance adjuster, I happened to overhear portions what "the numbers guy" (that's what the sales representative was calling him) was telling our sales representative to push on us. We walked out of that dealership with a bad taste in our mouth. We went to a different dealership to test a different SUV make and model and got a good price for it. Called back the first Subaru dealership and they still (4 HOURS later) wouldn't give us any quotes or numbers on the models and packages they were going to price out for us. I really liked the Subaru Forester better than the other model car I test drove and so we decided to make the extra few miles trek out to Ganley and give them a try. When we walked it was like a breath of fresh air. From the first step in the door, my husband and I were both greeted by Brad as equals. I know it sounds crazy, but trust me there are still some (not many, but some) dealerships and/or sales people out there that typically assume they need to talk to the man (even once they know it's the woman buying the car) and they will spend the entire time talking to the man so that the woman feels like the third wheel. It's sad but I've definitely experienced it. But that is DEFINITELY NOT the case at Ganley! Everyone is SO nice and kind. The other sales people that we were introduced to are also really nice and funny. Brad, our salesman, was awesome!!!! He took us on a tour of the whole area and showed us around the service area, waiting and kids area, explained car drop off and transport options while the car is getting worked on, etc. He really took his time with us showing and explaining all the different service areas of Ganley Subaru to us and introduced us. The service/shop area is immaculate and impressive. Even my husband (and it can sometimes take a lot to impress him) was impressed by the cleanliness of their shop floor and service area in general. Brad took us on a nice test drive that gave me a better understanding of how the Forester would handle different types of road surfaces (including railroad tracks!) and the freeway. It really felt like a more thorough test-drive, when we were done, then what I'd gotten at the other dealership that morning just driving down the road and back. He was very knowledgeable about all the features available on the Forester Premium. When it was time to run numbers, we received a quick, no nonsense, no games fair price from Ganley. It was SO refreshing. Brad even took extra time, after all the paperwork was signed to help set up my phone to the car and get some of the radio features set. I'm pretty sure that the dealership was closing and there he is in the Forester helping us get setup! If you've seen any of Subaru's commercials lately, you know they not only pride themselves on safety, but also on being family oriented. Ganley really stands by that same family focus. They are involved in their community through different outreaches and fundraisers like soda can tabs for Ronald McDonald House and local school supply donation outreaches. That just makes me love this dealership even more. When I was a kid, my family and I had to stay in a Ronald McDonald while my youngest sister was in the hospital for a while. These types of outreaches and donations that businesses like Ganley can get behind and support have such a HUGE impact on the lives of the families and children who benefit from their donations: more than you can ever know. We've been married for over 11 years and we have one x-large and furry lovable Newf-mix who can finally fit in my car without any hassle. This coming year, we hope to finally see our family expand a bit more. Although the flooding and my needing to get a new car because of it was definitely not planned nor really what we wanted to do right now, my husband and I left last night feeling like we'd just expanded our extended family a bit. After years of buying used and tiny cars I feel like I've now entered the world of "big girls" and grown ups with my new Forester. I LOVE the safety features and STARLINK has definitely eased my mind. (But I'm definitely driving through any more "puddles" no matter how shallow they may look!) You can't beat the Consumer Reports or IIHS ratings for the Forester either. Can't wait to bring the family back, hopefully we'll have a few more with us during our service date. Thank you Brad for all the time you took with us. We appreciate it so much!!! More
Impreza test drive but more! Welcomed to the dealership by a manager who quickly had a salesman join me in the showroom. Ken Johnson asked me a few questions, I told him I wanted Welcomed to the dealership by a manager who quickly had a salesman join me in the showroom. Ken Johnson asked me a few questions, I told him I wanted to test drive an Impreza Hatchback, and we were quickly in one and heading onto the highway. Ken made my experience at this dealership very pleasant, unpressured and efficient. He even let me test drive a used Lexus Hybrid when we found out we both liked luxury vehicles with pizzazz! I'm so glad I stopped into the showroom this afternoon, and I hope that when my VW buyback is complete, I'll be able to lease that Impreza Hatchback from Ganley East! Thanks, Ken and Doug!! Purchase of a new vehicle I went to the dealership to trade in my jeep because of my drive to work and a Subaru would be the only car I would drive. I really debated on tradin I went to the dealership to trade in my jeep because of my drive to work and a Subaru would be the only car I would drive. I really debated on trading in the jeep because it was a good solid car but my 45min drive to work the jeep was not ideal. I walked into the showroom and I was sent to Chris. Chris quickly helped me narrow down options and explained Subaru's features and reliability. We talked about different car options and narrowed it down to the Impreza. We took the car and talked about all the features and Chris answered all my questions. I ended up buying the 2016 Impreza. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. More
