We knew exactly what we wanted and what we were prepared to pay and the Ganley staff made it happen. Candi Brooks was very pleasant and patient as we test drove cars. Mike Kaminski was helpful with working out the numbers and features that were important to us. When we came back to purchase and things were a bit different than we understood, Doug Boulanger worked up a new better deal for us. We waited a while for the Outback because we wanted a specific color; it arrived early and they worked to get us back in at a time that was convenient for us. James from Finance was great as well and very detailed. From prior experiences, Sammy, Car Porter, does an excellent job with cleaning and detailing the vehicles. While Candi and James are new, they were helpful and able to obtain the answers to all our questions. Everyone was very accommodating; Candi even gave us a small housewarming gift as we shared we are looking to buy a new home; that was very nice! We’d definitely recommend this dealership and Subaru to others! More

Excellent Customer Service I bought a 2016 Crosstrek Limited. The car had to be factory ordered and arrived earlier than the original anticipated delivery date. Good hearted dealer I bought my truck luckily to these guys. I had just gone through a bankruptcy and wouldn't buy a vehicle unless I got an unheard of apr for interest. I bought my truck luckily to these guys. I had just gone through a bankruptcy and wouldn't buy a vehicle unless I got an unheard of apr for interest. They did just that. Even my lawyer was astounded I got that good of a interest rate. There was a few issues that the vehicle needed attention with and with my busy schedule I didn't get back to the shop for over a month. They took care of the problems. Although there was a bit of a hiccup on getting issues taken care of. Ashley the saleslady that sold the car put her foot down and did the right thing. Very satisfied. And would recommend to anyone. Oh and they give out loaner cars whenever the vehicle you bought from them needs serviced. Thanks again Ashley More

Amazing Service So my girlfriend and I were looking at purchasing a newer car for her for personal use. After spending some time searching the internet we found four used vehicles that we had liked at Ganley Subaru in Wickliffe. Chris was our salesman that we dealt with. From the start it was great service. He helped us look at and compare which vehicles we wanted and made sure to keep the monthly payment in our price range. I would have never expected a better deal on a brand new 2016 Subaru Impreza for a cheaper price than the used we were looking at. He blew us away with the deal he helped us with. Amazing cars, amazing staff. This dealership changed my mind for the better about buying a new car. My girlfriend and I are so happy about the brand new car. I recently decided to inquire about trading in my current vehicle and purchase a new one for my wife. Ashley Prelesnik was the sales person I unfortunately came in contact with. Not only did she have little to no knowledge on the vehicle I was interested in she couldn't stay off her cell phone long enough to answer any questions my wife and I had. She was rude and acted as if we were bothering her and interrupting her while she was texting. Needless to say we left and will not be purchasing our vehicle from this dealership. I also plan on informing friends, family, and coworkers that if they are in the market for a new Subaru do NOT purchase one from Ms. Prelesnik. Very unhappy former customer!! More

great service I started looking for a newer car several months ago. I looked information up through the computer and a number of dealerships contacted me. At that time I was only looking for information and was not prepared to buy at that time. I was planning to wait to make my purchase when I was done with graduate school in the summer. A number of salespeople circled around my like vultures all pushing me to buy immediately even though I told them I was not ready yet. Robert Swyt Jr. was patient and helpful and did not push unduly. He contacted me in late June and I found a vehicle in my price range at his dealership. He made the sale because he was informative, helpful and patient. I don't care for pushy salespeople that try to force me into something I'm not ready for. I would go to his dealership again. All of the staff there were friendly and helpful. More
