Due to having an additional auto loan and just starting to establish credit,I had such a hard time getting a vehicle anywhere else but they did their best and were able to get me fianced for a second loan within 1 day of talking with Brad the sales man who sold me my car, he was so helpful and I couldnt be happier with the vehicle I choose. Easy and Limited Stress Car Buying Experience After spending numerous hours researching and test driving numerous potential car, my wife and I decided on a Subaru Outback for our new purchase. We went into Ganley Subaru East and pretended that we did not know much about what we wanted. Both my wife and I were treated very well and the sales rep that worked with us was very knowledgeable and took the time and care to answer all of our questions. We did not feel pressured to make rash decisions and ultimately enjoyed the experience as much as you can when buying a car. I have already and would definitely recommend shopping at this dealership if you are looking for a safe and reliable car and a good car buying experience. More
Overall Great Experience I had an excellent experience with this dealership. I normally dread dealing with car salesmen, however, I left this dealership with nothing but smile I had an excellent experience with this dealership. I normally dread dealing with car salesmen, however, I left this dealership with nothing but smiles. I worked with Ken on purchasing a 2013 Nissan Juke and it couldn't have been any easier. Upon arriving at the dealership, everyone was friendly, attentive and ready to help me find what I was looking for. They were eager to show me the car and even offered to let me keep it overnight if I needed to in order to get a better feel for the car, which I loved because it showed me that they had nothing to hide regarding their inventory. The test drive was pressure free also, so that just made my decision even easier. Once we settled on a price that I was comfortable with, Ken made sure that I had to do as little paperwork as possible and worked to get me on my way as soon as possible, which was great being that I drove 200 miles just to look at this particular vehicle. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience here and would definitely recommend this dealership to others. Thumbs up Ken! More
