Nice, straight forward people I had been thinking about moving from my Subaru Crosstrek to an Outback because I needed more room due to having twins and getting a third dog. I've had good experience with the Ganley East location as they had been servicing my Crosstrek. I did some research on both my Crosstrek and a new Outback and I went into the dealership prepared to both trade my Crosstrek and buy a new Outback. I had a range of what I was willing to accept as my out of pocket costs. It took about 24 hours, but we were able to reach a deal that I found acceptable. It was a very painless experience.
