I have been to a few other VW Dealers for service and the experiences and results were not good. Ganley does a great job, the employees are friendly, and even though there have been some tricky issues in the experiences and results were not good. People working there are great. My main problem is that the car was damaged before it was sold to me and that was never disclosed. To the service department’s credit they corrected My main problem is that the car was damaged before it was sold to me and that was never disclosed. To the service department’s credit they corrected the damage, but I still had to take time to take the car in and pick it up with no compensation offered. The bottom line is I don’t feel I bought a new car, I feel I bought a damaged car. They said it’s not that unusual but what is unusual is that i had to find the damage. It was never going to be disclosed to me. Unsatisfied to say the least More
