For the second time in a month we have purchased a vehicle from Ken Garff Ford. After getting the runaround by another service manager (supposedly experienced, but apparently not in customer service) I was referred to Nate Falslev (looks like the youngest guy there). Nate was top notch in every way. He listened to the problem, addressed my concerns, and made sure I got the best service and price possible. He kept in contact throughout, and met the deadlines that were set. Best experience I've had at a dealership in a very long time, if ever.
