Engine sucks and the service. Bought a car here and hardly past 60,000 miles and my engine is using extreme amounts of oil. They won't replace it under warranty because the car wa Bought a car here and hardly past 60,000 miles and my engine is using extreme amounts of oil. They won't replace it under warranty because the car was low on oil shortly after it was changed. Of course it's low on oil because their engine broke and it's been guzzling the oil like crazy. Overall this is the worst buying experience and service experience I have very had and I hope this dealership gets put out of business. More

Don't take your trucks here The last two times I had my truck there... their service rep sucked I told him I needed my number 4 glow plug replaced.. he told me they would have t The last two times I had my truck there... their service rep sucked I told him I needed my number 4 glow plug replaced.. he told me they would have to take off the whole front end . I think it was because I was a woman and he was so dishonest that he was going to tell me this. I told him that they needed to go through the driver's wheel well and then he called me back and told me that they had to replace the wiring harness and that all of my glow plugs were gone. I told him if all of them was gone how did I drive the truck there and they had done the uneven bank about four months ago he said he didn't have a record I told him the receipt was in the glove box thinking that he had been fired by then my truck lost its starter and I had the truck towed there. I asked them to change the fuse for the tow-haul and the back sensor.. (that is on the same fuse) and they told me the control stick on the steering column was out so I had them change that... then ... after the huge bill, I was driving home and the tow-haul and the backup sensors didn't work so I called them they laughed and I took the truck back their excuse was that their guy didn't clip the sensor in on the newly installed stick on the steering column/ it must have come loose as they were driving it around their lot Don't take your cars here. they don't care and John is a jerk and they don't know how to fix anything. I would Never Never buy a car or truck there at all. More
