I reserved a Bronco in July 2020, and received it in July of 2022. Ford has a price protection program that ensures I pay the price I reserved the vehicle at, not todays current price. Ford waits for 45 days of 2022. Ford has a price protection program that ensures I pay the price I reserved the vehicle at, not todays current price. Ford waits for 45 days to make sure the name on the reservation, and the actual sale match, then send Ken Garff a check for the difference in the pricing to give to the customer. Ken Garff refuses to acknowledge this program exists, and has not returned any of my calls, or emails. If you have reserved/ordered a bronco, or any vehicle from them that qualifies for price protection, they owe you money. In my case it is over $1200. They will copy and paste some generic response to this message acting like they have good customer service, when in fact, they have the worst customer service of any dealership I have dealt with. I have plenty of unanswered emails to prove this. More
Purchased two F350 worth $150,000 and they can't get my ford Protect refund completed. They owe me $3,150. They just want my money, after the sale costumer service sucks. Garff has a problem with full transparency. A clean title doesn't always mean the car is "clean". After purchasing an auto from them, I found out the car had been in accident the year before A clean title doesn't always mean the car is "clean". After purchasing an auto from them, I found out the car had been in accident the year before with significant damage and air bag deployed. Seems a dealership with integrity makes sure the buyer knows the full history of a vehicle, not simply saying "you could have found that out". There are many dealerships, find one with a measure of integrity. More
I have tried contacting Rodney Peterson - Parts Manager & Ray Paddock twice by email & phone call and have never received a return call or email. I wanted help with my 2018 Ford Explorer XLT. I’ve taken several of my vehicles here in the past for maintenance and oil changes. Normally have had a good experience. This time was very different. I called in for an appointment and the girl on the ph maintenance and oil changes. Normally have had a good experience. This time was very different. I called in for an appointment and the girl on the phone refused to listen. She booked for a time that didn’t work. Booked for only and oil change and I had requested more services. This was a new vehicle they hadn’t serviced before and she put it on the other vehicle I had on file. I showed up and they said the vehicle would be there for 3-4 hours. It was there for 2 1/2 days. They recommended a service I did not request and I asked not to have it done at this time and they proceeded to call in on my warranty to see if it was covered. When it wasn’t they then quoted me a ridiculous amount that another dealer across town said could do it for $2000 less. All this while they had not done any of the other work I requested. My vehicle sat in there shop for 1 1/2 days before the requested work was started and they would not cover a ride or a loaner vehicle while they had it for 2 1/2 days after the 3-4 hours time was quoted. They also kept my vehicle in a gravel or dirt lot over night and it was filthy when I picked it up. Very inconvenient and I’m taking my vehicles to Larry H. Miller across town from now on. More
Had a long wait and it seemed that all the workers were just standing around. Finally got someone to help me after 5-10 minutes of standing there. Person checking me in wasn’t friendly. Straight to the poi just standing around. Finally got someone to help me after 5-10 minutes of standing there. Person checking me in wasn’t friendly. Straight to the point. If I wasn’t getting recalls done I would have taken my business elsewhere. Asking him if I needed to take my car seat out so no one else would touch it he said that probably wasn’t necessary. When I got my car back car seats had been moved and not buckled back it correctly. Not sure if they were just tossed aside and the buckle is now broken. I understand my car is the typical mom car but throwing the garbage on the car seats on the ground wasn’t necessary. I suggest having customer remove car seats themselves to ensure proper care and placement of them. Was told car would probably be done from noon-1pm. Went in and they hadn’t even started my car. Finally got a call my car was ready at 2:30pm. Glad I didn’t wait around. More
