The dealership has process in place so that you don't have to deal with several different folks as you finish the deal. The experience was mostly pleasant and the interactions with the sales team during my two visits were also up to par. Where I hold an issue is with one of the two keys having a dead battery and the cars co with the sales team during my two visits were also up to par. However, as a dealership I believe it is poor practice to state a 151 point inspection will be done on the car, and then obvious lapses such as this are left for the customer to deal with less than a day after purchase. For this reason my recommendation would come with a hefty warning that the customer must complete there own thorough inspection before signing on the dotted line. More
