It’s no nonsense business with a family atmosphere. We have had great periodic service done to our vehicles and we get them back like new – washed and vacuumed. I’m going to name a few names at the store and I will miss more than I can remember. These folks have taken care of us like we were family; Jill in the service department – what an infectious laugh! She likes my jokes. Melanie who used to sit at the front desk and welcomed everyone who came in is so friendly; remembers names like you can’t believe. She always says hi Mike when I come in. Mario is a great salesman. No pressure and knows his stuff. Dave who does financing is so cool. He can help so much on the finance side – has lots of contacts! I can’t remember the names of all the others who have helped. The staff there is so professional and friendly. When you have a superior product like Honda and people who care about their customers, Ken Garff Honda in Riverdale is the place to go for your vehicle needs and you can bank on it! Awesome Experience for my in laws. These guys were great. I was doing all of the shopping for my father-in-law to make it easy for him to purchase a pilot. I dealt with the internet dep These guys were great. I was doing all of the shopping for my father-in-law to make it easy for him to purchase a pilot. I dealt with the internet department and Tyler Briscoe. I did my homework and put this young man to work. My in laws scheduled a visit on Saturday and Tyler had a vehicle pulled up and ready for them to see and drive. He also set them up with a sales person that they absolutely loved to death his name was Joe Summers. These guys knew their product and really made my in laws feel comfortable and not hassled. No pressure and appraised their trade in and gave them a price on the Pilot and trade to take home and mull over. After a couple more day of negotiating we all came to a fair overall price and my in laws met Tyler and Joe at 3pm on Tuesday and wrapped up the final deal. I spoke with my in laws and they said it was the best experience they ever had purchasing a car and Ken Garff is now their dealer of choice. They bought their last 6 vehicles from Young but not anymore. Thanks to all of the people involved in my in laws purchase of a 2015 Honda Pilot and a special thanks to Tyler and Joe for making my in laws feel very comfortable and being the ultimate professionals.
