I went into the service department to get my vehicle oil changed and performed the 100K service which included the timing belt replacement (very expensive service.). People were right next to each other. I picked up my vehicle around 7 pm in the Sales Department. I sked why Ken Garff Honda did not protect it's employees and customers by putting up shields and other measures, especially after Robert Garff just died of COVID-19? The salesman said that Robert had other health issues that caused him to die of COVID-19. He also said that maybe the Garff company was not as concerned with COVID-19 as other companies. I was amazed and concerned with the responses I received from the salesman in the front office area. In fact, the salesman were all standing and sitting very close to each other. I would think this behavior would not represent the Ken Garff Honda management staff or the company in general. However, without any COVID-19 protection in place, it seems that the management staff was also not concerned. More
Repair under warranty I called and got in the next morning for work. I was called before work began and was advised warranty covered the problem. I was told parts were coming from SLC and would be finished that afternoon. Jo the shuttle driver was great. Cleaned all surfaces of vehicles, still opened all doors and had hand sanitizer for me. She was also very nice to chat with. Good representative for your dealership. More

Awesome experience. Even though the car leaked oil after an oil change they gave me some cleaner for our garage and fixed the leak.
