Truly supported my concerns When I brought my car in for an oil change, there were quite a few things pointed out that needed to be taken care of. Since I have only had the car When I brought my car in for an oil change, there were quite a few things pointed out that needed to be taken care of. Since I have only had the car for 4 months, I was surprised and a bit upset that these things were not taken care of before it was sold to me. It was a new car to me so I didn't feel like I should be responsible for so much routine maintenance so soon after I purchased the car. Craig was very understanding about my concerns and because he cared and listened to my concerns, most of them were taken care of without cost to me. I truly appreciated him for listening and caring. Some people need better training. I have had the same rep twice in a row now and he is very under-trained. He has no idea heo to answer my questions about my car. I had to call Rick (the service manager) the first time I was helped by this gentlemen and I vowed to never have him help me again. But alas, he ended up helping me when the line was long to visit with a different rep. I'm considering going to a different dealership. More
CRV electrical fix I was having an error code on my CRV. I took it in to see what the problem was.
