He was a good experience. Trouble free. It all started with a good experience making a phone call on getting an oil change. The service was excellent they gave me a timeframe kept me updated on everything by texting it to me that was good I like that. And the service person that help me was very good at what she was doing I did appreciate that. More

Great experience! I stopped by to have accessories added to my new CR-V and decided to take a look at options for my teen daughter while we waited. My Sales rep Jerem I stopped by to have accessories added to my new CR-V and decided to take a look at options for my teen daughter while we waited. My Sales rep Jeremy and Service rep Robert provided suggestions and guidance that assisted in me making the final decision on the Nissan Juke. Luckily they had recently received a Nissan Juke my daughter loved for an unbelievable price! I cannot commend Jeremy enough for going over and beyond assisting us with any and all our questions! Still in need of repair Paid ~$270, for diag fee and part, to diagnose and fix a problem which took a week and did not get fixed. I feel the information I gave the technician Paid ~$270, for diag fee and part, to diagnose and fix a problem which took a week and did not get fixed. I feel the information I gave the technician should have been enough to find the problem. In the end it was the timing, which, among other things,I had asked them to check. We replaced the fuel relay at a cost of $140, but that wasn’t the problem. Admittedly, it was a difficult diagnostic, but I had specifically mentioned the timing could be a problem. Got the vehicle back, checked timing. Timing was off. Set timing correctly and it solved all my problems. More
