Service Center is Shady October 2015 took car I got oil change. There were recommended services we had then done. since that time we returned in November, February, May, Ju October 2015 took car I got oil change. There were recommended services we had then done. since that time we returned in November, February, May, June and now July! All for tire sensor, front end stuff. The have now re repaired their screw up. My car was aligned in November and February and then in alligment when they replaced a story for the 2nd time in June. It's July it's still not right and my tires have wear and bald spots. Take it in for a 100 pt inspection and they tell us it's a tire issue. They don't tell me anything is wrong with my alignment. I drive next door for tires and it is clearly out of alignment and these people will not acknowledge their incompetence is costing me new tires. The offered a free alignment. Oh xxxx no. They can keep the oil changes I e pre paid for too! DONT TRUST THEM! I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt and they kept taking my money while my car deteriorated when I was trying to be a good car owner! More

One gentleman named Alex, and a woman named Stephanie. They both worked together to make our experience everything we wanted and more. I didn't have any regrets or wishes for it to go another way. They were both very friendly, both had big smiles, patience, they were very informative, and had great co-working skills with one another. My favorite part of the experience, that differed from other companies, was that I had all of my questions answered, everything that I requested was granted at a reasonable price, nobody was pushy or "bad mouthing" other companies when I told them I wanted to try another dealership. They were very understanding and just there to help me. They sold their customer service just as much as they did their car. The car is a Nissan Rogue 2016, it is a 5 star safety rating, it drives super smooth. The car really sells itself, it was hard to say no. I had my heart set on a Mazda CX-5, but after driving the Rogue it was a no-brainer. I recommend Nissans product and costumer service absolutely, 100%! More

He told us they had three "under the bridge" on another lot. Took a test drive in a similar truck and went inside to talk financing. He told us to fill out the credit app and he would have the truck brought up fromSLC (don't know what happened to the three they had) but we were not obligated to buy it even though he would have already ran our credit app. We said no app but agreed to come back Friday to test drive the correct truck. After looking further online, we found 2 other frontiers online for less than Lance stated. We look a drive to Logan to their Nissan dealership. We found exactly what we wanted for much less, plus it had the sprayed in bedliner, backup camera, heated seats, and a few other things the Riverdale truck did not offer. We decided to take the Logan truck. I called Lance to tell him since he was expecting us. When I told him we found and were taking the Logan truck, he said "so you bought in Logan? I replied yes and he hung up on me. NEVER EVER would I ever buy a vehicle from the Riverdale dealership. It is so worth it to go to Tim Dahle in Southtowne or Wilson Nissan in Logan. Have bought from both of them and they are awesome. I will not pay to have someone treat me so horrible. More

They told me that I needed to replace the catalytic converters. $2000.00 to replace them. I ended up not having the repair done because at the time I could not afford it. I drove my xterra like that for well over a year. Finally I had had enough of the noise so I took it to Ray's Muffler based upon a friends recommendation. After they looked over my xterra they said a new muffler would fix the problem. THEY WERE RIGHT!!! $200.00 for a new muffler and the noise is gone. KEN GARFF SUCKS!!! More

However, when it comes to sales, it's been a disappointment every time. The last time I went there for a sales appointment, the salesman never showed. My husband went there on Saturday to look at the 2012 Nissan Altima and they pressured him, trying to get him to pay $9,000 more than they posted online for it. I do not appreciate how sales tries to scam you by talking low monthly payments but extends the life of the loan; they also promised to match the bank's interest rate, but when it came time to sign the papers, the rate had increased. If you decide to purchase a car here, review all your paperwork to ensure you are getting the price and interest rate you agree to. More

It puzzles me as to why it took close to THREE weeks for your loan to clear. Never once have I tried to get a loan without supplying my income verification at the time I wanted to purchase a vehicle ( that's just common sense ) if I wanted the vehicle by time I left that same day!!! Shame on you for not having prvided required information in a timely fashion and trying to ruin a reputable business. K. Archibald More
BEWARE!!!! Do NOT buy a car here! I came into this dealership on JULY 18, 2015. I traded in a car after much headache and frustration over the littlest requests. After driving the car I purchased for 18 days, I still had NO contact from Ken Garff's financing department, their sales assoc, or my credit union. After several phone calls to Ken Garff and multiple calls to my financial institution, I was informed that the credit union was waiting for proof of income that they had requested from Ken Garff. This was never requested from me. They also informed me that they deal solely with Ken Garff once paperwork is signed with them. My payment for the trade-in that Ken Garff agreed to payoff was due on JULY 28, 2015. After checking on my car loan today, I noticed that the trade in loan has STILL NOT BEEN PAID OFF!! Yet my new loan had FINALLY funded 18 days after signing paperwork. This only happened due to the last phone call I had made to piece together the information my credit union needed that Ken Garff wasn't requesting me or providing to them. I called Ken Garff today, I was told AGAIN that the person I worked with in the finance department was out and I would need to leave yet another message or call him back. I asked to speak to someone else in the finance department. The person I spoke with agreed to look into why a payoff hadn't been issued. I requested a call back with the information. When he called back and left a message, he informed me that the payoff will be sent TODAY!!!!!!! Did I mention I made this purchase on JULY 18, 2015 and it is now AUG 6, 2015. I am currently considered 10 days late on my payment to my credit union for a car I DON'T EVEN OWN!!!!! He then proceeded to place blame on ME, saying there was a delay due to the information they were needing. THEY NEVER CALLED ME FOR ANY INFORMATION!!!!! Do NOT buy a car here.......RUN THE OTHER WAY!
