I called in to get a quote for service for my vehicle! I called your service line and spoke to them over the phone. However when I can in for the service it ended up being over $100 more than quoted. Guess it was a call center employee and not a service department employee. So there were other charges that were not calculated on a quote. If a customer is trying to get a quote than a service department employee should be taking those calls so it’s accurate.
