I took my vehicle four times with the same problem and it still has the same electrical problem. Also, the last two times i puck up my vehicle it looks like it went muddying. It was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had in a dealership. Terrible communication, no empathy, zero customer service skills, my car was there for 2 1/2 months and when I picked it up after ge in a dealership. Terrible communication, no empathy, zero customer service skills, my car was there for 2 1/2 months and when I picked it up after getting corporate customer service involved I did not even get an apology or acknowledgement of my situation instead I was asked to give a good rating on the survey. If you had been concerned when you had my car and communicated with me you would not have to ask for a good rating. You need customer service training for your service department to learn how to treat people. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Super disappointed with everything. More
