Our car was turned in on a Tuesday for diagnostics. We consistently called and texted to no avail for an update on the car but we never heard back or got any sort of response. We finally go to the dealer the following Tuesday because we were tired of waiting and we are give a RIDICULOUS quote for almost $8000. Since we hadn't heard back, we shopped around and everyone else was quoting $3000-5000. We ask to take the car and then there is a "miscellaneous charge" of $50 on the invoice, apart from the $300 we were initially told. This dealer is a joke! More
