Tried to call multiple times to set up service appointment but no luck speaking to someone a little frustrating. So decided to show up how it was close to me to set up an appointment. Walked in and to the first person I saw spoke to Hugo and he was able to fit me in at that very moment. I was able to get the recall done without having to come back. Hugo gave great customer service and was in an out, very pleasant experience this time. More
