Paula is by far the most outstanding service employee of any dealership I have dealt with in my 44yrs of driving experience. The service at Kendall is fast and dependable. However I always have correct some any dealership I have dealt with in my 44yrs of driving experience. The service at Kendall is fast and dependable. However I always have correct something let undone or sloppily done by mechanical staff. This issue was the battery cover left undone and mechanical issue still exist after services. Luis,Angel and Bridgette were great through the whole process of the sale. Only disappointing thing was that the monthly payment was slightly higher than we wanted to pay. Also it took WAY TOO LONG.
