When I arrived I was not greeted with directions on who or where to go. The gentleman’s name on the appt. Said he doesn’t take appointments. I paid for synthetic oil change, invoice states synthetic oil ho or where to go. The gentleman’s name on the appt. Said he doesn’t take appointments. I paid for synthetic oil change, invoice states synthetic oil however the sticker on windshield says only 5k miles which is equal to regular oil change. Which one did they put in the engine? More
