I was sold a faulty new car which has required +4 visits to the service department in less than 12 months and 8000 miles. The car’s safety warnings are triggered randomly and constantly (seatbelts, airbags, to the service department in less than 12 months and 8000 miles. The car’s safety warnings are triggered randomly and constantly (seatbelts, airbags, traction, engine oil, parking break, auto off, etc). The car has spent more than 60 days in the shop. Every time I bring it back they treat me and act like it’s somehow my fault. Worst customer service experience I’ve had and I’m originally from a third world country. More

48 hour minimum hold time for diagnostic is unheard of, anywhere outside this dealership. . Furthermore, 6 weeks plus for a part along with “repairs” that aren’t repaired, TPS not repaired. Tires not rota anywhere outside this dealership. . Furthermore, 6 weeks plus for a part along with “repairs” that aren’t repaired, TPS not repaired. Tires not rotated as asked, add a rental you gave me makes NO financial sense. Mind you the lack of communication form both your service advisor and service manager is just absolutely asinine. Just in overall a horrid experience and I will NEVER go back here again. Had to call FCA corporate to resolve my issues, which they did. More
