Paula Bean was the person who assisted me and I have to say… she’s absolutely amazing! She kept it professional all the time, super happy, friendly, and caring. My car had an issue with the battery and I k say… she’s absolutely amazing! She kept it professional all the time, super happy, friendly, and caring. My car had an issue with the battery and I knew that was the issue so it was just a quick swap but I did had to wait for +2 hours which I understand. Overall really good service. More

Worst experience ever I leased a 2020 Jeep wrangler from Kendall Jeep back in 2019 and on March 26 & April 2nd i went to the dealer to buyout the lease. The first visit i was told that used car rate was 6% Kendall Jeep back in 2019 and on March 26 & April 2nd i went to the dealer to buyout the lease. The first visit i was told that used car rate was 6% so i decided to go to a credit union to get a better rate. On April 2nd i went back to buyout the lease, sales person was great but when we were in a office a lady came in, did not introduce herself and told me i have to finance with Ally or they will not process buyout. I advised her i'm already approved with credit union, just need the buyers order and she advised dealers are not processing those buyout. At that point i advised them to forget finance and i would bring a cashier check and she also refused. According to the salesman she was the finance director. More
