I had to get my car towed to the dealer through their roadside assistance at 530 pm. Next morning around 1030 I call service department because no one has reached out to me regarding the issue or why my roadside assistance at 530 pm. Advisor will get back to me. No call all day so I leave another message around 5pm. Still waiting for that call back. This is the third time I have a bad experience with the customer service from this dealer. Won’t be coming back. More
