Kendall Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram - Service Center

My experience is not with the personnel, they are good people, and I have no issues with anyone there, my issue is with service. I have a Wrangler and Compass, neither have available parts. My Wrangler has been there since August 2024, still pending in January 2025. My Compass recently received the part after waiting for over three months. Question, how can a dealership sell cars or warranties, if parts are not available to maintain your warranted purchase? More

Took my car in for a recall, after waiting several months to schedule this appointment to make sure that all the parts were at the dealer prior to dropping off the car I was told that it would take 2 weeks t to schedule this appointment to make sure that all the parts were at the dealer prior to dropping off the car I was told that it would take 2 weeks to complete the service. After 3 weeks I called my service advisor and left him a messages to which he never responded.. After calling him several more times and not getting any response I asked to speak to the service manager and was told he was busy and I would have to leave him a message as well. This went on for over a weeks and we were unable to get any updates or answers as to why it was taking so long to complete the recall. After over four weeks, we finally decided to show up to the dealer to get answers, and we were told at that time that the car was still waiting for parts, which was not accurate. After pressing for more answers the service advisor told us the car would be ready the next day. Due to this situation and the poor communication on everybody that we were in contact with during this service, we will not be returning to this dealer to either purchase or service a car ever again More
