We have been taken care of by Paula for years. She is a gem and understands true customer service. When we arrived at the service department we didn’t see Paula, so asked for help from THREE oth She is a gem and understands true customer service. When we arrived at the service department we didn’t see Paula, so asked for help from THREE other service representatives who would not see to us- even though they were not with any other customers! Useless! Then Paula showed up, took us under her wing, saw what problems our Pacifica had and had it taken in to be fixed. She followed through by texting both my wife and me updating the progress and completion of the repairs. Five stars for Paula. Zero stars for the other service reps. I would recommend using this dealers’ service department ONLY if they can see Paula! More

Had an issue with the undercarriage gas tank that was punctured while I was driving and my extended warranty wasn’t honored. Had to go through my insurance to get it fixed. I will no longer purchase exte punctured while I was driving and my extended warranty wasn’t honored. Had to go through my insurance to get it fixed.
