Having you with us since 2011 is something we truly value, which is why I took your feedback regarding our recent $100 service price very seriously. I completely understand the frustration with rising costs. As General Manager, I work hard to balance the increasing price of premium synthetic oil and specialized Mazda filters with our goal of remaining affordable for our long-term guests. To provide some context on that $100 total: The Market: Within 25 miles of Valparaiso, a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation typically ranges from $90 to $145 at reputable shops. While some places advertise lower "teaser" rates, they often add extra fees for environmental disposal, shop supplies, or even the oil filter itself. Our pricing is transparent and includes those components. The "Kennedy" Value: Beyond the synthetic oil and tire rotation, your visit includes a professional car wash and a certified multi-point video inspection—services most quick-lube shops simply don't offer. We want to ensure the value of our service matches the loyalty you’ve shown us for over a decade. Our service manager, Damian Thomas personally reviews our service packages to see where we can offer more aggressive "Loyalty Specials" for our long-term customers. For example, our Afternoon Special is a great way to save, as it includes a free tire rotation with your oil change.
