Hello! I am John Zale. I am 28 years old. I was born and raised in Valparaiso, IN. I have sold cars for five years. I was a Certified Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram salesman through college. After college, I was a manufacturer's representative for Weber grills. As much fun as it was to be a travelling salesman, I missed being home every night and building a reputation in my own neighborhood! I'm proud to represent Mazda in Valparaiso as a Master Certified Salesman. If you'd give me a chance, I'd love to earn your business!

I had a great experience purchasing my Mazda from this dealership. The entire process was low pressure, which I really appreciated. My salesperson John Moore was extremely knowledgeable on cars especially dealership. The entire process was low pressure, which I really appreciated. My salesperson John Moore was extremely knowledgeable on cars especially the Mazda brand and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. After I brought the vehicle home, I noticed some scratches that I hadn’t seen when I purchased. I reached out to the dealership, and they immediately took care of the issue. They buffed out the scratches, touched up any paint imperfections they found, and went over the entire vehicle to make sure everything looked great. The car looks amazing now, you can’t even tell there was ever an issue. They stand behind their vehicles and value customer satisfaction even after the sale is complete. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle and would gladly do business with them again. More

Kennedy Mazda, worked with me last year and things just didn't work out but I felt they were wonderful then. This interation was no different. They pampered me and me feel special. Damien the manager as well as Rachal service advisor run the BEST service dpt in NWI in my opinion! They are always professional & ensure the work on my vehicle is taken care of & if not they always make it the BEST service dpt in NWI in my opinion! I greatly appreciate how Damien and John take such good care of me since I have purchased my first Mazda and have been religious in my maintenance for my car.
