The only service I have had done is two software updates, CDC and DCM. After the latest update sometimes the system doesn't recognize me, and I have to try to fix that with no success. Once it asked me to lo CDC and DCM. After the latest update sometimes the system doesn't recognize me, and I have to try to fix that with no success. Once it asked me to log in. How do I do that? Sometimes when I start the car, there is a list in the upper right of the screen including my name. That works if I select my name. Most times there is no list, and it treats me as a guest and won't let my profile download. The sales and service staff are great, friendly and helpful as I have been trying to deal with many software issues. More
