Worthless! I had a 8:30am appointment and dropped my truck off at 5:30am. I received no phone call so I showed up at 3:00pm and they haven’t even looked at my t I had a 8:30am appointment and dropped my truck off at 5:30am. I received no phone call so I showed up at 3:00pm and they haven’t even looked at my truck for the recall work. When I called and made the appointment I expressed I need my truck back at the end of my day if I had to wait a little that was Fine. I was told by the service department they only have 5 techs on duty. That’s no excuse to not call and give me an update. So I made another appointment with another dealership and all the parts but one are on national back order so why wasn’t I told this when I called for the appointment. Thanks for wasting my time. So two days later on a Friday. I received a call from the Service Manager saying the owner read my review and wanted this situation fixed and wanted my business so he offered me a loaner car if he had one since this is my only vehicle and would call me on Tuesday. Well it’s the end of the day and no phone call and I have an appointment tomorrow with another dealership where now i have to use a vacation day because they couldn’t due the services or come through on their offer. Thank god I didn’t cancel my appointment with the other dealership. Moral to the story don’t spend 65k plus on a truck because their only worried about the sale not service. More
