Joe kept good communication and was able to meet my requests for making sure all of my options were covered. I was in and out of the financing and signing office in record time. There was not a dozen things pushed on me and it went pretty easy. My only negative comment is that the Mazda dealership should look like the neighboring KR Subaru facility. Although I'm there to buy a car, not see fancy pictures on the wall, wifi, or free soda...the option is nice. They were not equipped with a security hex tip to remove my license plate, which struck me as odd. Otherwise all good. More

The sheet delineating the ranking of the Mazda dealerships was impressive in favor of Kenny Ross.
