A surprising pleasure :) I have bought many cars through the years and have had both good and bad experiences. I just drove home with my most recent purchase and could not be more pleased! A few weeks ago I contacted Paul Sarp via email about a car and he did a tremendous job promptly responding and staying in touch with me. He was never pushy and I appreciated that he would touch base to see how I was making out with a purchase. I finally talked my husband to stop by and test drive the car and could not believe it was Paul who came out to greet us! Needless to say, it was Paul's attention and mannerism that helped in our decision making on staying there for our car purchase :) He made the purchase easy, no hassle, and a pleasure.
