(Ford, Buick, and Nissan) After meeting Rudie Policz, our salesman, listening to all his expertize and insight into the CX-5, and driving the car we were very interested in moving further and finding the price and availability of a White Grand Touring CX-5. Kenny Ross quoted us a price and we left to check out the other possibilities. After further research we discontinued our interest in the Nissan because of the mediocre rating by several websites. We went to look at the Ford Escape Titanium and the Buick Encore. We were unimpressed compared to the Mazda CX-5. Also we checked online as to what a fair price would be for the car we were buying and Kenny Ross's price was within that range. Rudi was extremely helpful in all areas of the experience, and we would absolutely work with him again. More

Buying a new vehicle after 14 years Went to Kenny Ross Mazda not really expecting to buy a foreign make. Never had one. I went to several dealerships and was not even greeted by a salesman. Kenny Ross was an exception as I had a salesman within seconds. Samantha Mutich greeted me and welcomed me. She was very nicely dressed and friendly. She asked me what I was interested in and I told her that I was just looking around. She walked around the lot with me, showing me different vehicles and explaining their features. She was honest with me with all of the features. I fell in love with a Mazda CX-5. The funny thing was, prior to that day, I never would have considered a Mazda. I ended up sitting down with Samantha Mutich talk numbers. She offered me MORE THAN I expected for a trade in--I could not resist the amazing offer.She also offered me a very affordable prize on my vehicle. She was incredibly friendly and an amazing seller. Excellent sales experience I'm not a fan of the car buying experience. The inevitable back and forth in an attempt to arrive at what is hoped to be a fair price. I called several dealers at first and settled on Kenny Ross. In the past, my experiences had been stressful and unpleasant as I always felt rushed to make a decision. I took my two small boys with me to test drive the car on a Saturday afternoon. Joe met us in the parking lot and had the car sitting there ready to go. No waiting, which is great with little ones. The Mazda 6 is a great car for the price. For a family of 4, the Mazda 3 is a little small so I did not test drive it. As other reviewers mentioned, the offer sheets were very simple to read and understand. At first, we were looking to buy, but Joe asked if we had ever considered leasing, and after reviewing that offer sheet, we went with the lease. He was very responsive when I would call or text. I can't express the ease and almost effortlessness of this experience. In two days, we drove the car off of the lot. We are so appreciative and love the car. We will most definitely be a customer for life. LOVE THE MAZDA 6 - 6 SPEED!!! I'll be passing Joe's business card around!!! THANKS FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE! More
