Even though I put her through three test drives, three days in a row, she never got impatient or pressured me to buy. However, in order to finalize the paperwork I was directed to the Buick GMC dealership up the road and my experience was not as pleasant. The F&I manager was extremely pushy and said some things that were not true in order to coerce me into purchasing additional protection, which I eventually cancelled once I realized I'd been hustled. I would purchase a vehicle at this dealership again as long as I was dealing with a different finance manager. More

I cannot tolerate being pressured - in any way - and at Kenny Ross I was never out of my comfort zone. Every person I spoke with there made the entire process very easy and very pleasant. On July 25th I drove off the lot in my fourth Mazda. This time around I chose a 2015 Mazda 3 iTouring Sedan. It is a beautiful car - inside and out. I highly recommend this dealership. More

We instantly felt comfortable and the test drive experience went very smoothly. When it came to negotiations, they stayed firm with the asking price. Since the price was extremely reasonable in the first place, we decided to go ahead with the purchase. At a previous dealership we had been to, the price of the car dropped by $4000 at the first hint we were walking away. That tells me that car was over-priced in the first place, and eliminated any trust I may have had for that staff. The staff at Mazda though were very reasonable, understanding, and there was no "hard sell". Overall, a pleasant experience. More
